We would love more than anything for you to partner with us on this adoption through prayer. Do not underestimate the power of prayer in the process- we desperately need people to intercede for our family during this time. This page will contain an ongoing list of prayer requests we have.
Please pray for...
- Our child, who may or may not be conceived yet
- The biological mother of our child- for her health as she carries our child
- Our social workers at Lifeline and Lutheran Social Services
- The people of Uganda- that many would come to know the Lord Jesus Christ and that healing and restoration would be brought upon them both economically and spiritually
- American Christians- that they would see the urgent need to care for orphans as part of their responsibility of being followers of Christ because of our own adoption into God's family (Ephes. 1)
- Us, as we seek to submit to God in the unforeseen circumstances in this process and that we would be open to the child God desires for us, no matter the child's history
